Hey, I found your Naymz profile and want to get in touch.
Here is some info I have investagated. After an investigation of Tri-Cap Investment Partners we have found the following:

1) Tri Cap Investment Partners is not a valid registered LLC in the state of New Hampshire .

2) Tri-Cap Investment Partners & Tri-Cap Recovery is the sole ownership of Boudreau & Associates, LLC.

3) Boudreau & Associates, LLC who also called and conducted harassment and threats (all documented) under the (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 USC 1692(g).

This would make it three times that we have requested validation from the same company hiding behind two other companies they own.
