NISSAN MOTOR ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION Abuse, by Robert Paisola

Hi Mr. Paisola

I found your website online. My mom has a loan from NISSAN MOTOR ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION, which is in good standing and current. However Friday 03 21 08 she received a call from a “Mark” @ Creditors Interchange claiming that NMAC has given them her account that is severely delinquent and he is demanding the vehicle. Mom called and verified with NMAC that this is FALSE and her account is current. Mom just got discharged from the hospital 03 21 08 from having a liver transplant and to arrive at home and receive this type of false call really has her upset. The caller “Mark” told my parents he was going to file a claim with the count clerks office for Superior court to repo the car. What can mom do? The loan is current and Nissan has no clue what “Mark” from Creditor’s Interchange is talking about. Thank you Please email me or call my parents at 562 599 6621 April & Joseph
