Weltman, Weinberg and Reis illegal debt collection practices, Robert Paisola Investigates

Two months ago, I was served by this firm regarding a debt which has in fact been paid down regularly for approximately the past year and a half through my agreement with Consumer Credit Counseling Services, Inc. On 3/24/08, I received another letter from this law firm to which was attached a counterfeit court document which pretended to present an enforceable Order of the Court and a judgment on behalf of the plaintiff for a very large sum of money, plus interest and costs. In addition to faking court documents and impersonating a judge, WWR has never provided a proper validation of the debt as required by law. They have refused to answer my calls regarding this matter. Why in the world does this firm still have a license to practice anywhere on the planet?
